Brasserie Pigalle

When Hotel Victoria in Stavanger, Norway, decided to completely renovate one of the oldest premises in the building, it was with high ambitions and a desire to preserve the history within its walls. A restaurant with a French concept and an eye for detail was created, called Brasserie Pigalle.

LS Entreprenør was responsible for the design and build contract. The premises received a new and modern technical upgrade combined with the preservation of the old architecture in the building. Modifications were made to load-bearing structures, fire separations, and new technical installations were added. At the same time, improvements and preservation were carried out on 100-year-old structures that were discovered during the work. These were restored and can still be found in the premises today.
