LS Entreprenør performs a variety of assignments and services:
We rehabilitate listed buildings, we renovate and expand hotels, we set up office buildings, we build apartments and industrial buildings, we deliver interiors and furniture to hotels and restaurants.

The bulk of our assignments fall into two segments:
Renovation, upgrading and development of hotels
Rehabilitation of historical buildings – a field in which we have gained experience and expertise from several projects over many years

We are a small, efficient staff of permanent employees with varied backgrounds and representing different subject areas. Our shared strength is the ability to find good solutions to challenges that arise.
We work closely with the client throughout the construction period; most preferably we want to be involved in a project as early as possible.

Our clients are our partners; trust and dependability are important values for us – agreements signed with a handshake have also to be complied with.
We have long-standing relationships with many of our clients – which confirms that we are a company to be trusted.

We have lasting relationships with our subcontractors as well – based on trust and dependability. These are craft companies of long tradition, delivering high quality work again and again.

We take health, environment, and safety in the broadest sense very seriously, not least when it comes to our subcontractors.
We are increasingly focusing on the environmental aspect of our business – having a keen eye on waste sorting and material recycling on the construction site.
As an approved Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse) company, we have taken important steps on the road to a green and sustainable future.

The company was established in 2006 by PK Holding AS and Per Solli, who at the time had 25 years of experience from the construction industry in Norway and Germany.
In 2014, PK Holding AS sold its share to Solli. In the same year, Steinar J. Launes bought into the ownership, and the company changed its name to LS Entreprenør AS.

The company is well run and is in a sound financial state.
